Your visit may include:
- A review of your goals, medical history, and previous experiences
- Newborn feeding cues, latch, positioning, and signs baby is getting enough
- Hand expression, colostrum, pump setup, or flange sizing when relevant
- A personalized plan, practical resources, and follow-up before a scheduled postpartum visit
